Thank you for choosing Kono Authentic! Each of our premium leather products is handcrafted in Johannesburg. We aim to deliver your order with care and efficiency. Below is our shipping policy for both local and international orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
For made-to-order items, please allow 7-10 business days for us to craft your item before it is shipped.
2. Shipping within South Africa
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above R1000 within South Africa.
- Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered via reliable courier services within 3-5 business days once processed, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping
- Carrier: We use FedEx Express or similar courier services for international orders, ensuring fast, reliable, and trackable delivery.
- Delivery Time: Shipping generally takes 5-10 business days from the processing date, depending on the destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be predicted by Kono Authentic. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
4. Shipping Costs
- Local Orders (South Africa): Free for orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, standard rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
- International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@konoauthentic.co.za.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Kono Authentic is not liable for delays once the package is with the courier. If you suspect your package is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend using a trackable service for any returns or exchanges.
7. Delivery Issues
If an item arrives damaged or you encounter any delivery issues, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will assist in resolving the matter promptly.
